At the technical school for gemstone and jewelry design in Idar-Oberstein I qualified as a jewelry designer and master goldsmith. Since then I have been inspired by "Hiesiglandsteinen" and gemstones with special cuts when designing my jewelry.

Citrin Ring

585 yellow gold ring with Madeira citrine (trilliant).

The citrine in this ring has a strong orange color (burnt). Citrines in this color are called Madeira citrine. It was cut about 20 years ago in Idar-Oberstein in the form of a trilliant and later was fashioned into a beautiful yellow gold ring (585) by me. The stone is very well accentuated by the file pattern of the setting.

Engraved layered agate pendant

This round black and white layered agate (diameter 3.5 cm) has the white layer engraved away in a step-like triangular angle, so that the black layer appears.

Set into this angle as a "splash of color" is a red, faceted, triangular tourmaline with a side length of about 7 mm. The tourmaline is set in a bezel setting. The setting is held in place by gold round wires that run along the angle to the setting of the

Hawk's Eye-Pendant

Large, eye-catching silver pendant with an engraved hawk's eye.

The hawk's eye has a very nice silky shine in the light (cat's eye effect). The pierced silver plate forms a strong contrast to the black, shimmering stone due to the light color, the unusual shape and the hammered surface, but also takes up and completes the shape of the engraving.

The pendant can be worn on a silver chain or a leather thong or something similar. The chain is pulled through a silver "tube" on the backside. (inner diameter approx. 4mm)

Ruby Sapphire Emerald-Ring

585/- Yellow gold ring with a navette faceted sapphire, ruby, emerald and 12 diamonds set in a slightly conical gold plate of approx. 9 mm. The ring stands out because of its special shape and the play of colors, but is still very comfortable to wear. The stones are insensitive. A special ring for special occasions and festive occasions. The ring size is 60 (corresponds to approx. 19mm diameter) but can be individually adjusted.
